Western Mass Heating Cooling & Plumbing converted our house from an oil/boiler system to a ductless heat pump system. It was a big project that also required coordination with an electrician. Early on, when I was getting quotes from multiple vendors, all the other companies said “You’ll have to find an electrician for that part.” But Lauren from WMHCP was the only one who said “I’ll call my electrician right now and have him get in touch with you.”
This is my first time using WMHCP. It has been a very pleasant experience. We had two mini splits installed in our home. Lauren was excellent and did the assessment and recommended the two units. Chase and Jack showed up promptly at 7am, as scheduled, and were professional, polite and kind. Great crew! Jack came to check on the progress mid morning and made sure everything was going smoothly. Thank you!
W Mass HVAC installed new Heat pump and A/C units for our entire Condominium Association which consists of 4 units in an old two story house built around 1830. We had old gas furnaces and converted them to heat pumps. I received a few quotes and found W Mass HVAC to be the most detailed and professional quote. We worked with Lauren Harris, the project manager and he was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful.
Jesse is awesome. She is very professional, she is very knowledgeable about the mini split system that she worked on and quickly identified the issues and resolved them. She answered all my questions and was so easy to talk with! I hope we get to work with her in the future! Thank you Jessie!!!!!
Western MASS Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc helped me figure out the best solution for taking out an old steam radiator and adding two minisplits for heating and cooling. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a very fair price. The install went very smoothly and I’d recommend them without hesitation.
These days it’s very hard to find quality workers and responsive caring ones at that! Lauren Harris helped us with a significant project that needed revisiting, not for any fault of his or the company. Jordan and Jakob came to complete the project promptly and efficiently. Western Mass Heating, Cooling and plumbing is most definitely are go to for all that they have to offer. Highly recommended! We can’t thank them enough for all they have done for us.
My wife and I recently had a Mitsubishi Heat Pump System installed by Western Mass HVAC Contractors. We highly recommend this company for its efficiency and technical know how, combined most importantly with a refreshingly traditional attitude towards customer service! The work was performed on time and on price, the installation team were polite and considerate and Carol Moran and Lauren Harris (our office and project management contacts) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve now finished two projects with WMHAC and both projects (whole house heat pump heating) have been completed without any problems. Their team was a pleasure to work with and all coordinating was seamless. Not only was the price competitive but Lauren Harris ( project manager) was able to not only downsize the original design and save us a couple thousand dollars but he found and passed on an additional $2,000 in previously unknown rebates! A total win.
I had a whole home ductless mini-split installation done by Western Mass Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Inc. in October 2023. I would recommend this fine team of workers: Collin Cheek, the Project Manager; Carol Moran, Project Coordination Specialist, and the install team Jeff, Chase, Jordan, and Jack. From the initial visit with Collin to the install everything went as scheduled. The install team was prompt, efficient, polite and instructed me on the operation of the mini-splits.
WMHCP did a phenomenal job – starting with Carol who responded to my online inquiry, to Lauren who quickly came to scope the job, and Brendan and Mike who did two installs in a finicky 130-year old building. They were so efficient, neat, listened to what was important to us, and are so capable. We’ll definitely work with the company again and gladly recommend them to everyone else. They are a super-pro group of people!
