WMHCP did a phenomenal job – starting with Carol who responded to my online inquiry, to Lauren who quickly came to scope the job, and Brendan and Mike who did two installs in a finicky 130-year old building. Western Mass Heating Cooling & Plumbing converted our house from an oil/boiler system to a ductless heat pump system. It was a big project that also required coordination with an electrician. Early on, when I was getting quotes from multiple vendors, all the other companies said “You’ll have to find an electrician for that part.” But Lauren from WMHCP was the only one who said “I’ll call my electrician right now and have him get in touch with you.”
