Western Mass Heating Cooling & Plumbing converted our house from an oil/boiler system to a ductless heat pump system. It was a big project that also required coordination with an electrician. Early on, when I was getting quotes from multiple vendors, all the other companies said “You’ll have to find an electrician for that part.” But Lauren from WMHCP was the only one who said “I’ll call my electrician right now and have him get in touch with you.”

From the initial visit with Collin to the install everything went as scheduled. The install team was prompt, efficient, polite and instructed me on the operation of the mini-splits.
