I had a whole home ductless mini-split installation done by Western Mass Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Inc. in October 2023. I would recommend this fine team of workers: Collin Cheek, the Project Manager; Carol Moran, Project Coordination Specialist, and the install team Jeff, Chase, Jordan, and Jack. From the initial visit with Collin to the install everything went as scheduled. The install team was prompt, efficient, polite and instructed me on the operation of the mini-splits.

Western Mass Heating Cooling & Plumbing converted our house from an oil/boiler system to a ductless heat pump system. It was a big project that also required coordination with an electrician.
